Phen24 is taken in two steps:

Phen24 Day Capsule: Take one capsule in the morning with a large glass of water, preferably after breakfast.

Night Capsule: Take two capsules approximately 15 minutes before dinner with a glass of water.

No special precautions are required. However, it is not recommended to consume this product if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients.
